Mohave Mile?

Has anyone done the Mohave Mile or Mohave Magnum (1.5 miles)? Next event is April 9-10. I did 161 in a 1/2 mile here in AZ and the mile looks interesting.

Rule book has some gray areas regarding convertibles - which I have - so need to get clarification regarding if a 2009 Viper would be able to run without adding a roll bar.

I ran there this April with my RT-10. I was allowed to run in A1 class (up to 180 mph) using the factory bubble top. I am pretty certain that they will require a roll bar in yours. I went in 179.2 in the mile and a half, so if you were at 161 in a half mile you would likely run close to 200 there. It is a fun event and they have very good safety rules.
