Yes, there are limitations with bricks, especially when attempting to make round creations.
To have this potentially become a set I could not go any larger, it is already on the edge of being too large at 15.75" long. I'm recreating it in Lego Digital Designer and trying to cut the piece count down.

Someone tried to build a Lego C7 but it kept overheating.
Seriously though, I am crazy I pressed. Especially considering this was done without any special pieces made just for the kit. Well done.
I'm lucky enough to have gotten a sneak peak at the black version and I have to say that, like a real Viper, it looks SO much better in black.
