Anyone Looking for an Open trailer Set Up for a Viper

I made a decision to purchase an enclosed trailer. I will probably post my current open trailer in the classifieds before the end of the year. If anyone is interested please send me a PM.

The trailer is an all aluminum 24' model manufactured by R&R. Just a guess, but, it weighs approximately 1200 lbs. It has a large beaver tail, which makes it perfect for the viper. It has an electric winch (for mounting the car), plus, an electric jack at the front. It has new four wheel disk brakes and the tires are like new. It is set up so that you can carry a second set of tires behind the car. there is nothing needed, it is ready to go. It is now stored inside and can be picked up now or in the spring time.

Take a look on Racing Junk, they have the largest selection of car haulers, the problem is there are very few aluminum open trailers for sale, especially one with a large beaver tail, that can load a low car. This trailer new was probably $7500. It is a 24 ft with an electric winch and jack. I had a steel trailer and it rusted away in four years, the aluminum trailers do not appear to age. I like it because I tow with a Jeep with a limited tow capacity. If you have a truck, a steel trailer is not an issue if you can get the car on to the bed.

My G2 was an easy car to load, my G5 that is lowered 1" will not go on many trailers.
