Thought I'd mention in this thread that you need to remember to purchase a parking spot during your NVE event registration.

Also, for those towing/RV's, there is plenty of room at the track for your large vehicles and it's free. But if you unload your car and plan to bring to the hotel, you need to by a space.

Nice this is great. New England Crew is going to be looking for a trailer to Haul back to Boston/NH area after the event. Probably going to have 8-10 cars to ship back.

Good to hear Passport is the transport company. They were excellent when we used them when shipping to Charlotte a few years back. I'm guessing they still have their autotrack which is kinda cool to watch your car go across country.

Talked with Ed this morning, the range is btwn 1000 to 1900 each way, depending on the number of cars they get (6 being the best deal!) He said until he gets a better list of where the cars are that want to ship, he can't really give an exact price. I certainly can understand that! He suggested, that you can call his direct line starting Monday @ 417-588-4921.

Is that just one car or did that assume a full truck of 6?

HyperViper, give me a call at 917-526-1450. I think there will be at least 6 cars coming from CA. I don't pick up unknown number. Adrian

I will try and call you tomorrow. Pretty sure the 6 car discount offered by Passport is one single pick up location.
    Thanks

I may be interested in shipping two from San Antonio and flying in. Figure I am going to be too tired on Sunday to drive home 9 hours and work on Monday.

I am setting up a Monday May 9th delivery and flying in Monday night and will pick up my car tuesday morning.

I would suggest delivering to the track as there will be much more room there for semis to unload there.

I agree but with previous transport deliveries there was either a designated club person or transportation company handling keys etc. to a specified destination. That way they can handle everyones cars.

Got a price from Passport one way from New Orleans to CT - $1500. I'm trying to see if it for a full trailer? Anyone from CT/NE/NY area shipping their car back?
