    Hp gain vs dollars

    A few quick questions for the bang for the buck

    how much could you expect gaining per mod on a gen 2


    Headers?

    Cam?

    Mild head porting?

    hearing numbers all over the map

    Gen 2 with Gen 3 ported heads, intake, BBK TB, M&M Gen 3 headers, 1.7 RR. K&N, Crower cam, Sport cups,3.73 gears,

    judging by what manufactures claims are 1000hp from bolts on...50 this 20 that.... just seeing what everyone else final numbers are.... 50rwhp with headers. end result 15 from what someone posted

    Depends on the year. Typically the creampuff cars do not see the large gains in HP than the forged pistons cars do due to the cam profile. Typically the 00-02 cars will see 20-25 RWHP with headers/full 3" exhaust. The earlier cars will see about 45-50.

    Cheap mans turbo = NO2 spray ... cheapest bang for the buck everyday.
