It wouldn't hurt to put a car cover on the car inside the capsule so if the power does fail, the plastic won't be sitting directly on the paint. Climate control's biggest advantage is humidity control, not temperature control. Temperature swings don't have much effect on modern interior materials. Time, not temperature us what causes seat foam to break down. Seat foams don't start breaking down from heat until at least 200°F, with many varieties being much higher than that. UV and ozone cause much, much more damage to interior materials than temperature swings will. There's nothing you can do about ozone, but keeping it out of the sun will prevent UV damage.

Well that actually makes perfectly good sense. When I store it now, I cover it in cotton sheets, then put the OEM car cover over it. I would just use the same procedure then and drive it into a car capsule. Makes sense.

Pardon my ineptitude, but how do I post pictures? Do I just use photo bucket?

I sprinkle fairy dust on mine before driving it into my climate controlled one of a kind microbial filtered car capsule. I also installed a fart sensor in case someone in the garage loses control. So far it seems to be working for me.

Fairy dust; now that sounds good too. Maybe I can find an energy star certified ferry dust dispenser with a HEPA filter.
Probably won't go for the fart sensor though. Pretty sure it would wear out rather quickly in my garage

Fairy dust isn't shelf stable, and it's effects don't last all that long. Personally, I prefer pixie dust. It costs a bit more of your soul, but it lasts longer so it's worth it.

Ok so I've sourced a decent car capsule.
Wasn't able to pick up any pixie dust or ferry dust since I don't live in Colorado or California.
But I was successful in locating the recommended sensor:

The car only has 4000 miles on it because I bought it from the dealership that took delivery of the car in 1992. Therefore I am the first registered owner! I couldn't be more proud of this Viper. I plan on keeping it forever. And because I want to keep it forever, I really would like some advice from you guys on the best way to preserve this car in the place where I live. I live in a very harsh climate that has extreme swings in temperature. I'm afraid that the tremendous amount of plastic on the car may begin to crack if I can't find a way to keep it in a climate-controlled garage. Is that true? Is a standard garage with no climate control OK? The place I am keeping it can get as cold as -5 Fahrenheit and is hot is 110 Fahrenheit inside. Also, what leather care products are best? Leather products always say to test in an inconspicuous spot. Well naturally I'm not going to do that with my prized Viper, so I would rather know from your experience which one works best to keep the leather soft and clean. Lastly, when storing this car for the winter, what is the best procedure? I would hate to replace 10 fuel injectors, or have a cracked block from incorrect coolant mixture. Thank for your help!
Congrats on the 92 and welcome to a very exclusive club! I'm assuming this is the 92 that was for sale at Greene Ford in GA. That was the owner's personal car. I considered that car before picking up my 92 with 2200 miles. Was the car everything you expected it to be?

The pic in my avatar is a pic that was given to me by the prior owner of my ACR. I really liked the pic, so I used it as my avatar. Not sure where it was taken though.
