Morons.....I saw this SRT in OC and it looked great. Earlier on Sat he did a U-turn in front of the old Hooters, did not modulate the throttle properly and spun it sideways. Luckily he didn't hit anything, backed it up and probably went to hotel to change shorts. I guess the weekend went down hill from there.

The viper is irrelevant really, DBs that do this crap to anyone's ride just have no respect. What they need is a real father or male figure in their life to teach them what a man is and that it entails respecting other people stuff, be it a viper, a lambo, or an Eclipse (well I'm stretching it there, lol). If my son did this, I'd consider myself a failure. I know if he saw someone doing this he'd be the 1st to slap some sense into someone or call the po-po and get the owner.

OC, IMO, has turned into either a Nazi police state on one hand, or butt-clowns like this on the other, real shame, I used to go there quite a bit, but after my last few experiences, it's just not worth it now.

Agreed, although last time we were there with friends, we did Bethany, had a friend drive down coastal highway after midnight on a food run, he got stopped, twice for no reason, cops didn't even bother making something up, just hit him up for a sobriety test, both times he asked to just blow (insert joke here) and they insisted on a full sobriety test and then the blow, he passed and blew zero since he hadn't been drinking, but what a crock. OC and that area used to be so nice and friendly, now so many people who go there are like these guys on the viper and the cops are just as bad trying to create revenue. I watched cops grabbing people walking around and checking every drink container regardless of what it looked like, sniffing it for alcohol, it was like a scene from a movie or something, like they can grab my iced tea bottle and stick their nose in it without any cause?!? Just really disappointed in OC after spending my childhood and teens going there when it was a cool place. If I did OC Cruise again, and it's been many years since I have, I'd go in the GT500, not the viper, but then I know I'd have every asshat there revving up next to me to try to take a GT500, ugh. Sorry, ranting a bit.

I have been to the OC cruise events almost every year, and I have always been tempted to take the Viper but never have. Why? Because it's a complete shit show and I would have bet something like this would have happened.

The fact that it happened in Ocean City is something I expect. Sad you can't leave your car out of sight without having to worry about some idiots doing something stupid to it.
