Carolinas VOA Holiday Party 2015!

I can't believe it's that time of year already, but it's time for our Carolinas VOA Annual Holiday Party which takes place Saturday, November 21st 2015!

We've taken our Holiday Party up a notch this year and will be visiting the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC! We've visited the Biltmore in past years, but this will be a unique experience. On Saturday evening, we will enjoy a group dinner at the Deerpark Restaurant which is located on the Biltmore grounds. Afterward, we will take part in the Candlelight Christmas Evening tour so your can view the Biltmore Estate decorated in full glory with Christmas lights!



REGISTRATION

The price for the Holiday Dinner and Christmas Tour is ~$120/pp. However, the club will be subsidizing substantially for this event and you may register for only $50/pp. Hurry, the registration deadline is Sunday, October 25th!

*Please note that if you would like to visit the estate during the day, you can upgrade your candlelight tickets to a full day pass for only $16.05/pp. at the entrance gate.*

HOTEL

Since many will be traveling a distance, we have setup a hotel room block. You can reserve a room for Friday and/or Saturday night for $159/night at the Holiday Inn & Suites – Downtown, 42 Tunnel Rd., Asheville, NC. This is the same hotel we have stayed in past years. Their phone number is 828-225-5550. The group name is "VOA of the Carolinas".

Your kids will be free for both Candlelight and Dinner.

Children prices for Candlelight visit ages 10 through 16 would be $31.57 and children ages 9 and under free. For DeerPark Buffet, ages 10 through 16 are $30 per ticket and ages 6 through 9 would be $18 and 5 and under would be free.

Sure, below is the itinerary:

5:30pm - Dinner at the Deerpark Restaurant
7:45pm - Biltmore Candlelight Christmas Evening Tour

Some may be arriving earlier in the day to spend additional time at the mansion / Asheville. Your Candlelight tickets can be upgraded to a full day pass at the gate for only $16.05. My son has a morning parade so I will not arrive until 2-3pm.

In past years, most members typically bring their daily drivers to the Holiday parties due to the potential of inclement weather....especially in the mountains that time of year. Therefore, we have not arranged special parking for the Vipers at the restaurant or Biltmore. However, feel free to bring your Vipers if you wish. The hotel is the same location we have stayed in past years which DOES have covered parking.
