    Yeah I give parking space barriers extra room. But scraping on people's driveways or parking garages really just is gonna happen. Don't let it stop you from buying one. We don't really parallel park out here so curb rash doesn't come up too often but that is something you can avoid. A scrape or two though 3" off the ground, it's just part of owning an exotic if you are going to drive it.

    Getting used to the close gate shifter.

    1st and 2nd gear shifting is ok, But when shifting beyond 2nd, you need to lift your elbow up which will rotate the palm of your hand away from you. There have been many "Snake Bites" and written off vipers because of missed shifts!

    If you don't rotate your palm away from you, its really easy when in the top of 3rd gear to pull back on the shifter and hit 2nd instead of 4th!
    Take your time and get used to it, there are aftermarket shifters out there, short shifters, different shift knobs all to try and help with the problem

    Another thing to remember at this time of the year is that Viper tires are Summer tires only, so use caution in cold damp weather.
