I just looked under my car, they're that big and far forward because they're flattening out open triangle shaped areas in front of each rear tire. So these things appear to be the real deal. Now I want them even more!
ACR vs Regular diffuser is different.

Ugh, how did I miss that? The non ACR piece lists for $847, that means the ACR one with that minor difference will probably be $1,847. Then add the diffuser pieces from there.

You can bet on it! The small change plus holes for the fins will equal viper ACR tax for sure... Plus the fins are carbon fiber...and we all know how dodge feels about their carbon fiber parts $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Just found this pic of rear cf diffuser, it is a complex piece of work. Also link to Hot Rod article on the ACR, they actually get it. Good read......

I am so proud of Dodge for not skimping on any of the aero additions on the new ACR. They really did it right. The engineering in every added piece is phenomenal and exceptional in quality.

Is the panel in the picture the same on the standard ACR as it is with the Extreme?

Did anyone manage to install aftermarket fins ACR-fan-style on SRT diffuser?
I don't want them straight and I should be doing it soon my blades are arriving!

Can I ask what is the road clearance on the 2017 ACR rear diffuser?

All i have seen is straight, but there is room to angle....just have to hope you guess right on the correct angles! You're blindly affecting aerodynamics with this mod. I notice no difference in the drive with them straight.

At factory delivered stock height there is 3-1/4" clearance with the Extreme diffusers attached.

For those interested, I've done 5.
3 in the middle and two angled at each side of the diffuser. There is a nice offset and I just tracked it, couldn't feel a difference yet other than scrubbing sounds at parking lots.
