I flush mine every 2 years. Takes 1-1/2 qts.
So the 8 qts. that I bought from MOPAR @ $7.5 per qt. should last me...
Oh snap. Can't swing the math. Still trying to get over what Jack paid per qt.

Draining the stock reservoir, cooler, and lines was only 400ml.
Man it must really be eating you up that I came up with a less expensive option for wiring a standalone radiator fan relay. I never tried to "one up" you or claimed that my setup was better than yours. I actually like your technical posts but unfortunately most of them dont have the photos up anymore. Thats another reason why I posted my DIY on MotoIQ.com, which won't be down in a year like whoever you use to host your pictures.
We arent selling our setups and post DIYs simply to help people. I think that more options is just better for the community as a whole, no need to get bent out of shape
Edit - I'll be doing an article on my upgraded PS cooler soon since the stock setup is not up to track use.
I'm still willing to help you set up your coilovers if you measure the total F&R travels of the damper...

Wut?
...anyway, for anyone who stumbles across this in the future, I topped up with Redline power steering fluid and the color marches pretty spot on so I think that is at least similar to what I already had in the car.
You are desperate for attention bro. And the biggest bag of double standards the VOA has right now. Who said anything about fan relays in this post? Me? Nope. You? Yup, brought it up to defend your inferior old school setup that still uses the ancient electromechanical relays instead of the far superior solid state relays. That has nothing to do with this thread.
Sorry, but the world doesn't revolve around you. Don't take things so personally.

Did you use 400ml?
How often are most of you replacing power steering fluid?
MS-5931 or MS-10838 for a Gen 1? Thread is quite confusing.
Your Viper takes "Hydraulic System Power Steering Fluid"
MS- 10838
Unfortunately, some of the fluids get a periodic name change, part number change, and change of the "MS" number which can be confusing to folks involved on less than a daily basis.
I flushed my old fluid out, it was brown and nasty.
Filled with atf-4.
My98RT10...yes, the fluid I mentioned is for all pre-Gen III Vipers. Admittedly, the 2003 Viper came with similar fluid, but after 1300 of the 2003's had the Cooling Module Recall, many informed owners went to the ATF+4 that was the factory fill for P/S starring in 2004.
