Viper Exchange/Arrow Heads and Cam Install

And so it begins!

Heads and Cam delivered and at Viper Exchange on Tuesday but it took me until today to get the car back to VE. Can't wait to get this car back out and feel the difference. I'll post up pictures of progress as it goes.

We'll make it work, I can also sell you the parts over the counter if you have a good Viper tech in your area. I would much rather you send it here though so I can make sure it's done right.

We got the motor our and everything swapped over today, torqued and all buttoned up. ECU was overnighted to Arrow and we'll have the motor back in the car and buttoned up before lunch on Monday. It will take longer to get the new calibration back then it will to do the install start to finish. I spent the last three hours in the bay working with our Viper Tech Morgan. This is our third Heads and Cam install so we've had the opportunity to tweak our install a bit before we started installing these on customer cars.

We have more kits shipping out from Arrow within the week so those of you that are on my list or have cars here waiting, the wait is almost up

before and after dyno numbers?

I was so anxious to get this install going I drove through a rain storm to get it started (I'm 3.5hrs from Tomball). Did not get a before dyno but I know Andy did on his car. I will get an after dyno immediately after install and again after 1500-2000 miles.

With Viper Exchange having so many test cars, miles and experience installing this Heads & Cam packages this went MUCH faster than I had thought. Here are some pictures of today's work. Huge thanks to Morgan, Andy and everyone at Viper Exchange for helping develop and test this heads and cam package with Arrow Racing. Your experience with these parts is obvious after viewing this today. Now if overnight shipping for the Stage II flashed ECU would be any faster we could fire this bad boy up Monday!
