New to be 16' ACR owner

I just placed an order for a 2016 ACR. I've always wanted a car that embodies power and torque yet handles incredibly well. Coming from a 08 blown M3 (590 HP) with coilovers, I'm curious to see how this will destroy the M. I'm not by any means rich, it's a blessing to be able to order such a car and I thank God for that. Anyhow, just wanted to say hey. The car will be silver, no stripes, non painted wing (assuming it's carbon fiber, dealer wasn't helpful or knowledgeable), extreme aero package. If there is a must have option other than that let me know. All the best

You will love the Viper!! I am sorry you did not get a lot of help from your dealer, if you have questions the biggest and best Viper dealer in the world is Roanoke Motors!

Non-painted wing will indeed be carbon.
I'd make sure to order a car cover with it if you haven't already. We check that box often, it's high quality and I'd be curious to know how long it takes manufacturers to start offering them for the Extremes. Always nice to have one that comes with the car, helpful for resale as well.

Congratulations. It's gonna be a hell of a car. And don't worry about not being rich. we don't really care about that around here and it is definitely not a requirement, cause I sure ain't. We are all here cause we love the car and the joy that increases by sharing that experience with fellow owners. Lots of great people here and also very knowledgable people.

You may want to join even before you have the car so you can get the magazine. IMO it is worth it. Of course, I'm kind of a big deal cause I was featured in it 2 issues ago but I feel I am handling the pressures of fame quite well. That may make me biased. But honestly it always has cool articles that you will not find anywhere else, period. We as a club are fortunate enough to have access to the engineers and ralph Gilles. So we get cool insider information and you can see what other regions are up to.

Either way, congratulations and I can't wait to see it. I like the uncomplicated look you are going for. Lean and mean.
