I thought he was referring to an electronic suspension and not Traction control for softening it up for rain. My bad

Glad to here it. So there is still electronic stability control which has been tuned with the ACR suspension.

One more thing, on the old ACR I think it was the voodoo they had a mud flap in the back for all those rocks. It doesn't appear like that will be making it's way onto this ACR. Would be nice if given the near slicks that are on it. Any options on this?

There has never been a factory mud flap offered I know of.

Interesting, must be aftermarket on some of the cars I've seen. Oh well.

there are 2 companies that have after market mud flaps. Jon B has the Carbon Fiber ones and the other ones are just thin plastic ones that bolt directly into the screws on the wheel lip. I can not remember who makes them yet I have them on my car.

Do they make them for Gen 5 bruce? Carbon fiber would go well with my combination.

Is there any way to get a decent stereo in the ACR? I can't even figure out how to get a configurator up on the web here...

1 of 1 is the only way to get the nicer stereo. From what I've read all the wiring will be there, so I don't think it would be too difficult to upgrade the stereo. We'll see.

Yes you can, 1of1 gets you the 10 speaker and then you can pay 1895 I think it is to upgrade to the max speakers which I can't recall what it is 12, 18, something like that.

Your Close On That , With The 1 Of 1 You Get The 12 Speaker Set Up, Then Just add The Speakers To Make It The 18, The 2 Door Speakers Will Work Upon Plugging Them In, The Rear Subs Will Not Work Until You Have The Radio Updated With The Softwear, That Will Add The Surround Sound Option ,Which Does Work Well, Took Them Out Of My T/A Before Trading It In , And Will Place Them In The ACR When She Arrives.

I'd rather have no air conditioning for weight savings than a crappy radio with three speakers.

Actully, the front inner wheel well gets beat worse. Refer to the thread "Bomerang Mud Flap or email Mark J at Woodhouse.

Just a guess, with the ACR tires, you will see bare metal in the front after one track day.

Dagger Jack, I'll need to get these mud flaps or have custom ones made is the ACR is likely on the way

As far as the radio goes, this may be a stupid question - but I'll throw it out there anyway. Does the Sirius XM radio also have regular AM/FM tuners in it? I had a car that had the Sirius system, and I refused to pay for the subscription after the first free year, and in that particular car I was screwed - no access to AM/FM.
