Fluttering sound from rear wheel after tire change

I just had four new MPSS tires put on. I didn't even notice the sound until I had it home and took it out again for a drive. It's coming from the rear passenger side wheel. The sound is most audible when it is echoing off something next to it (cars, trees, street curb, etc). The car drives fine.

We took the two videos below.

Jack up the car and spin the wheels to help pin point it. Then take the wheel off and spin the hub.

+1 - Sounds like the pad is contacting the rotor. Since it is post tire change, I would say the rotor was warped a bit by overdoing the lugs. Common for guys hitting the lugs with an impact. If the rotor is warped, you may have to replace it. Could be some debris that dropped in there as well.

I assume the parking brake is not out of adjustment. Given the caliper replacement in the back, you may have a separate parking brake. Not familiar with the setup you have on there.

Who did the work removing and reinstalling the wheels? You, or the tire shop? And where are the balance weights installed?

    Check your lug nuts.

My car was making the same sound and it was 4 loose lug nuts on one wheel.

It was the parking brake cable rubbing against the rotor. The clip that holds the cable in proper position must have broken off. Easy fix thankfully.
