This is not a GT500 its a VIPER you guys talking about .. Its an 8.4L .. [/QUOTE]

That is completely irrelevant, there is no difference, a fuel pump is a fuel pump, a fuel line is a fuel line and an injector is an injector, it don't matter if it is in a Lamborghini Aventador or a Ford Fiesta.

Either way, it is my understanding that the fuel setup would be a separate add on, not part of the ProCharger kit or is this incorrect and whatever system is installed in this shop car will affect the pricing of the kit? It seems like people could choose on what they want to do with their fuel system to cover whatever power they are going to run with the ProCharger, some may only want 800whp where others may want 1100whp and in that case different fueling requirements would be needed so the 800hp guy doesn't need a high dollar fuel setup.

The GT500's have been doing it for years, reliably. This is a stock motor car, that they are looking to make reliable power on. It's not a far fetched idea to keep the fueling system simple. Again like you said if D3 feels this return system is necessary then it is. It will probably turn away lots of buyers, and hike the price up substantially but it will be a solid kit.
Guys what am trying to say is D3 knows what they are doing street car or a race car those people are professional on what they are doing and i understand people want the price to be affordable for everybody but who wants more power a jump from 800WHP to 1100WHP you will have to spend some $$$ so lets just wait and see how it will goes.

    That is super exciting news!

    I don't remember this being an E9X M3 issue.

Not exclusively, but this was an issue here on the East coast for 2 specific built motor ESS cars.

Sticky from the M3 world? If so why are you commenting? To stir shit like you always do? Fuel systems are inherently similar if you don't understand that. Modifying them can lead to problems, nearly every platform has shown that. So do yourself a favor and stfu

If you guys are going to plan on a pissing contest on the merits of oem fueling systems, can it please be done in a separate thread? I know there are some very smart people, but I would like to be able to read about updates to the Supercharger system without side-posts.

Nice. Any major routing issues and bends going to the intercooler?

Everything worked out pretty smooth. Install is a little like a puzzle but goes together well and leaves little room for error. All piping mates up properly, is bead rolled, and uses straight 4ply couplers

Fantastic. Can you *please* log IATs when beating the hell out of it. I'm wondering how bad the heatsoak is

Yep we're also going to be logging pre-Intercooler boost and temp. You can almost see the sensor in the pic

Any thoughts on the durability of the plastic throttle bodies and the stress of the engine moving under load?

    also, that looks fantastic!

None of the piping is hard mounted so it will flex and allow for the engine to torque just fine
