Wow.... This is terrifying to read! I was lucky to find my car a few hours away. I was able to rent a car up to the dealer and drove the Viper back. However, in the future, this just terrorizes me.
I can't help but think this has to have some legal repercussions for this Perez guy. How is it that he can do this various times and not get arrested for, at the least, fraud. Not to mention that I am sure this is not his first rodeo. I'd be willing to bet that there has to be some other record there already. Somebody might be able to nail him for a second or third strike. Also, I'm no lawyer, but I am sure there are a myriad of problems that he can get into for interstate commerce fraud. There has to be someway to arrest this guy.

Glad that you were able to get your ride back...
Post his cell# I'm sure someone would like to use him
Maybe set him up with the REPO MAN that wants his truck and trailer
You have a $90,000 with probably $40000 of upgrades and you chose to use a transport agency named "Perez Transport LLC" with doing ZERO research? YOu are VERY lucky you got your car back safe and sound sir. Please be more vigilant next time in choosing a transport company, stick to the large ones.
