Haven't seen this posted, just curious to know how true this vid is with the Viper being basically full bolt ons.
Owner of the C7Z says TA has Intake, Headers, Tune and TB's.

My buddy has a C7 Z Manual that I have driven - it's an amazing car. Stock vs stock I'd imagine its a drivers race. It's tough to tell from the video if it was an even start which will make a big difference. A Viper with bolt ons should walk on it based on everything I have read and seen so this is definitely out of the ordinary. I have a feeling many will start chiming in with #drivermod
BTW - How sexy does that orange TA look when getting approached? oooweee!

Weird outcome. I have a hard time believing a intake only ZO6 beating a bolt-on viper???? Even if the driver of the TA is bad, he should of still came around him. I ran a bolt-on ZO6 (670whp) and beat him.

They where close, the viper was granny shifting as it was having problems when shifting hard tha car goes into limp. I got the video from the t/a view. The car does not have TB's just the headers, intake, UD & tune. As for the corvette being on only an intake a highly doubt that, here most of the people call it bone stock till they reach +1000 whp

I just got my TA, already ran my brother manual z, walked him just like 9balls videos, the gap get worse the more time the Z races, this gen V is amazing, I thought there were be a big difference in ride quality in street, I can't feel a difference, this car is amazing!

the intake will add 60rtq and 45rwhp on Z. I think they dyno 620/640 after intake alone.. Judging by the viper shifts who knows..

I put a stop watch just to see how fast that vette goes from 60 to 128 which is d end of that race, and I come with 9 seconds. Does not seem too fast.

Was hoping to see some road course...what kind of racing is that? I think an S10 is the fastest straight line "car" in the country yet again in 2015. Maybe an S10 would be a better choice?
