Totally understand, was just curious.
If you plan on keeping it for the long haul, definitely made the right move.

love it. was going to do this to my ta but i made the acr-e jump. are you going to do the hood louvers?
Great write-up. I considered this as well. I bought a complete deck lid from a wrecked car so I could go back to stock. After getting the price list from Xtreme, I decided to hold off for a while. Good to have this for future reference.
Anyone care to share the price list from Xtreme. I reached out to them but no luck.
Here are their 2019 prices....

Anyone ventured these guys product yet?

It looks nice and the price is good. Are the end plates on the wing on the wrong side? Or did I put mine on backwards?
Dennis
Seem right, unless I’m not seeing something??
The end plates have the vented bumped out ,doesn’t the flat side face out?
Attachment 46889
So person that appears to stand behind this company clarified that he’s aware of that incorrect install of the side plates on the web pics as it was pointed out here. Waiting for close up pics of the next upcoming wing that’s in progress. Says they had sold around 10 of them, wonder if anyone on here got one or know someone that bought one. Or any other experience with their work on other brands perhaps.
Hey There!
It's Laurelle from Xtreme.
Dennis, you have done a remarkable job on the descriptive instructions for installing our parts. We usually recommend Dan Brehmer
for installation and paint, But, we just might start you in a little side hustle installing our parts.:o
your car looks awesome!
There were a few questions I would like to answer.
Our parts are tested extensively on many road tracks and high speed. straight line aero proving grounds at speeds over 225mph.
Our 2013 test car has been driven TO detroit, run at Chelsea proving grounds, Johnny Bohmer Proving grounds at Kennedy Space Center,
Sebring, Road Atlanta, Roebling, VIR, NOLA, PBIR and COTA.
Many of our parts can be interchanged/ exchanged with OEM. The CF we use is American made,
woven as close to OEM as possible. Not exactly, but close enough.
We set up a sale for Father's Day last year and released the price list in May of 2020, Then Covid hit..
A lot of people and their businesses were affected. We opted to keep the sales prices through the rest of 2020.
After Christmas, we decided to keep the 2020 sales prices the same through Father's day 2021.
Our website was hacked a few years ago and being so busy with our Aviation parent company, never addressed it.
It is something we will at least try to get back into and at the very least have a page that will open to redirect
to another small one, or a link to send us an email request.
We have a Facebook page where a lot of people have posted photos/videos of our parts on their cars. We also have a few
of our own videos and pictures. Please, like and visit, share your pictures.
If anyone is interested in a current sales sheet, or if you may have any other questions,
Please email me at
XtremeSupercarsInc@Gmail.com
Please be patient. The Viper parts are a small aspect of our Aviation business and our composite department
builds these parts during slow times.
We don't take any money for non customized parts until they are boxed up ready to ship.
Right now, we have a backlog of orders for the complete ACR-E Aero kit.
But we are getting them out within about 3-4 weeks.
Thank you all that have supported our business and purchased parts.
We look forward to selling you all more parts and seeing pictures your cars sporting them.

Thanks for the information, Laurelle. Great parts quality and service. Stay well.

Where in Laurelle’s post does it say that? What is so confusing for you the middle of page 2 of this post is a link to the price sheet? Have you been unable to contact Xtreme Supercars? They responded back to every email I sent within hours and they usually pick up the phone on every call.
What is your point?
I had a wonderful sales experience with Laurelle and Wayne. Responsive service, and the items that I received were of the highest quality. They have been on my car for almost 6 years now and they've held up beautifully; in fact they look exactly the same as when I unboxed them. I highly recommend Xtreme Supercars.
Does anyone know anything about Aero Republic and this wing? I apologize if I missed a post about it somewhere.

Communications have always been great with Xtreme. Only issue I’ve had is the parts I’ve wanted they only sell to dealers or “professional” installers so I’m forced to buy OEM instead.
I've always had good luck with Xtreme. Great products, fast shipping
managed to get hold of one of the purchasers, he just put one on his car, stated that waited long time but product finish and quality is excellent. Still winter up there so no track time. From the conversation he’s not new to racing or tracking. Wonder where few of the other sold wings went to?
Sorry. You’re right I was being lazy. I didn’t read page 2.

I found this low profile ratchet wrench for removing the front splitter extension on Amazon for $16. Does Dodge give a low profile wrench with the ACR?

That definitely would've saved my knuckles when I swapped out the splitter on my Gen IV.
The heads are actually #25 Torx but it did occur to me that it would be much easier if they had a regular hex head. I just used the hardware that was sent to me.
I'm very curious as to the source of this mis information.
While We do sell a majority of our our parts through Prefix, Parts Rack. Nth Moto, The Viper Store, Calvo Motorsports, Doug Shelby and Viper Exchange, We DO sell direct to private owners as well. We don't advertise, but get our business via our Vendors,Facebook, repeat private buyers and word of mouth
There ARE a few parts we have restrictions on due to the difficulty and complexity of installation and generally sell them
to body shops or dealers familiar with expert level in installing some parts on Gen V Vipers.
Feel free to email me if you'd like a current sales list and would be interested in buying our parts.
XtremeSupercarsInc@gmail.com
Thanks so very much
Laurelle
This is one of the parts we do restrict selling.
I apologize that we wouldn't sell to you back then..
We did have the opportunity to sell a set, along with a rear applique to Luis V
He was nice enough to do a tutorial, much like Dennis did for our ACR-E parts, on installing
the Rear Brake ducts and the rear Applique'
We now share the links with potential customers, letting them know that we won't warranty the parts if cracked, damaged or
marred by improper installation. Some back out, deciding that it is a daunting task. Some are up to the challenge and understand the risk and potential for losing out on a good deal of money if they screw up.
I've included the tutorial links for the Appliques' and the Rear Brake Ducts Luis. V was kind enough to share on this forum.
Again, back when, we didn't sell these parts to the layman for this reason.
As you can see by these tututorials, including the ones Dennis posted in thos thread, These are not parts to be installed by someone with just a hand full of tools.
Thank you for sharing past correspondance

This is an old price list. We've added a few nice parts and some of the prices have changed.
I'm not sure how to add an attachment to post the current sales sheet
Email me
XtremeSupercarsInc@gmail.com and I'll be happy to share it, if someone would like to attach it to a future post
Thanks
Laurelle
OP, any pics of your progress?
Having a hard time posting it correctly, when I tried to copy and paste it changed the format and jumbled it together
THANKS!
Odd, I found the rear brake ducts incredibly easy to swap when I upgraded my plastic ones to OEM carbon fiber a couple years ago. I can see how other things are risky where drilling is necessary but IMO if you can’t swap side ducts you have no business trying to do anything mechanical on any car.
For some, it may seem easy, But, the issue isn't as much complexity in just a swap, but the actual replacing to make them functional in some Vipers, especially 2013s.
The other issue is not setting them in deep enough and before gently testing fit, just slamming the door shut on the tab that may stick out a few milimeters and get cracked, or the paint on the door scratched or worse..
Have a look at Luis DIY write up. It shpws the R&R in great detail. Especially when connecting the duct to the wheel well, which in some cars, means removing the inner wheel well, cutting the liner and adding two additional OEM parts from Dodge.
This would be a good time to R&R your fuel door assy if you want to have it painted.

Thanks so much,

Finally got around to installing the new coil overs. I went with the MCS 2 way, I picked them up thru Mark Jorgensen at Woodhouse. He was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful with the tech advice. I went with his recommendations and went with 1400 lbs. rear springs and 600 lbs. fronts. I had them powder coated orange .Mark ordered all the springs and brackets with the order with the exception of the rear canister brackets.

The job is pretty strait forward. Starting with the rear remove the wheel well with a dozen or so bolts, be sure to disconnect the air duct that cools the brakes. Mine was rivet in. There is an access hole above the shock mount that has a rubber gromet to assist in removing and installing the shock assembly. Pull back the air hose and fish the canister thru the opening and cut a U shape hole for the canter line. I mounted the canisters using a 50 mm fuel pump bracket I found on Amazon. I installed the mount with a couple riv nuts thru the plastic trunk deck. Be sure to protect the canister line area that seats in the slot to protect against chafing. I wrapped it with electrical tape. I used some 3/8” stainless steel cable clamps and self-taping screws to attach the canaster line to the frame, I also picked up on Amazon. Before installing the new coil overs measure the length of what you have to give a starting point that should be close. I measured my frame prior to installation and adjusted the height to what my final target setting was.
