What velocity weight is recommended for my Gen 1?? any suggestions, thanks!!!

Engine, transmission or rear end?

Engine, 10W-30, but 0-40 European formula is excellent too.
Trans, ATF-4 synth or Castrol Syntorque
Rear, 75w-140
