Founded in 1994, Gerry and Brad Wood moved from Toronto, Canada to Salisbury, NC to forge a new road in the car business. Gerry Wood was the youngest Honda dealer in 1975 in Hamilton, Ontario and then a large General Motors dealer in Toronto. Currently they have CDJR, Honda and Kia dealerships. The group has been actively operated under the leadership of Brad Wood since 2007
