Found this in the vertical console between the 2 seats. I know the track on it is Laguna-Seca.

Is it the place mat that replaces the cup holders?

Pop out the cup holder and put the track Mat in.

It's junk. Send it to me because My TA came with blasted cup holders only and I miss it from my '13.
