I snapped a picture of these shock mounts before they went to paint. Glad we have had a small part in making these for the coolest American car made!

Masak, as in CNC mills? Cool, you're a supplier to the Viper line. I'm a mechanical engineer myself 👍

Yes. We run these on a Mazak Integrex . It is a 5 axis machine. Mill and Lathe combined. Great machines !

A couple years ago our in-house prototype machine shop got a five axis mill. Our engineers went nuts, designing all kinds of crazy angled parts that would be extremely difficult on a four axis. Now we have a second five axis mill. Amazing the quality of parts, the accuracy of features on different faces, profiling, Etc. Pricey machines but they have enabled some very cool designs. I'm a true believer.

I also work on things that make their way to automotive applications. Nothing Viper currently (in the past though!) but I do get to hear rumblings about most new cars coming out. In some ways, it's better to be a supplier to the OEM's because you get to see a little bit of what ALL of them are doing!
Keep up the good work on those suspension parts :drive:
