I figured I'd start this thread as a check-in for keeping track of who will be attending the Mopars at the Beach trip next month. I'm also finalizing the dinner plans for Friday and Saturday nights and I'm trying to get a rough headcount of members as well. Please post here if you plan to attend; also let me know how many people will be in your party.

FYI, the hotel said that after booking your room for August 14-16th (which must be done by July 15th), if anyone later decides they would want to come earlier and/or leave later, the hotel would honor the discount rate 2 days before and/or after, pending availability. Several of us decided to stay an extra day prior to checkout last year and they let us have the same rate.

One of our newest members, David Hamilton, said he would try and be there. He has a '95 RT/10 and a '70 Roadrunner he'll probably have at the show. He and his wife live just a few miles from Myrtle and have at least a dozen great cars, including a BumbleBee Viper truck. They have to work, but might drop off their cars at the show early, then try and make the dinners, too.

Since the weather forecast looks good, we just booked an extra day for Sunday night, leaving Monday morning. We had a fabulous time extending our stay last year and definitely want to return to Bimini's again (thanks Dave!) Be sure to mention repeat customer &/or senior citizen rate when booking.
