Clutch got stiff after a few launches?

I took my car to the strip a couple weeks ago and had a good time with it. I played around with launch control but it didn't work on the track surface. No clutch drops or long slips, and I didn't smell burning clutch but after I noticed the clutch pedal was much stiffer. Does it just need a hydraulic bleed, or is something else going on? Anyone else notice this?

The hydraulic system is self bleeding . You probably had some air in the clutch slave and the air was released. Another explanation could be a mechanical issue.

When I went to the Viper experience in Vegas a few months back a few of us noticed that the clutch stiffness varied greatly from car to car. Couldn't figure out why, but with your post, it could possibly have to do with how much wear they have had or what type of wear. I cycled through about four Gen V's during that event and some of them were extremely heavier and some very light. My clutch pedal feels as light as a feather on my actual car.

Interesting...mine is super light.
However, it may be average b/c my Cobra had the stiffest clutch ever.

I didn't realize it was self-bleeding, would there be any reason to replace the fluid in a car with 3600 miles? Nothing seemed to pop or break, and the clutch works, it's just annoying and slightly slow to respond, which is making me wonder if the slave could be having issues.

The clutch shares the same reservoir as the brake master. So in my opinion at 3600 miles I would not think about bleeding everything.

Slow to respond and harder are way different. Slipping the clutch could boil the oil in the slave and cause a soft pedal.

Clutch on my Gen V is super light.

Clutch on my 2005 SRT10 is very heavy by comparison.
