I was excited about it and disappointed it never came. I was more disappointed that from many, the "SRT Viper" flag was only a "Limited time" thing for the 1st quarter of 2013.

All I did was call up SRT and they checked on both and I got both a few weeks later!

Books quality is amazing. I don't want to read it because I don't want to mark it up LOL

Exactly. I was a bit upset being someone that ordered the first day orders were open last November and was told after I got the car "Oh the flags were available only for the people who bought first X months of the car" - it is a $5 flag, but as you said, it is the little things that matter.

I did some research on behalf of 'sad-but-true' CV above.... does not seem 'right'It seems that marketing did NOT opt for the cost of leather-bound freebee book on international Vipers. 'Too many issues' for other countries to individually OK, whereas the USA Dealers Assn OKd it right away.

It (the leather book) takes about 90-120 days AFTER your Gen 5 MSO is cleared by the selling dealer. USA-SOLD VIPERS ONLY.Not Canada; Not Middle East; Not Europe; Not Kansas.{ kidding about kansas}

As a Canadian, you can buy a US Viper and get the book but no warranty, or buy a Canadian Viper and get no book. Some days it doesn't pay to get out of the igloo.
