Seems like a lot of the acre for sale are still in the mid 80s, wonder if they are getting that price with new gen 5s now in that range?

That is high in my opinion. Just with a quick glance at Ebay there is one for $67.5k (18k miles), another for $72k (9k miles). These are buy it now prices and I bet they could be had a couple grand cheaper with some negotiation.
Granted neither of 'em are rare color combinations or editions. I'm sure a Voodoo or something would command some more $$

Yeah. Ultra-rare editions/ultra low miles cars will always sell for more and are not representative of the true market. Mid 80s for your average ACR is insane. That is REAL strong money for that car in any case if it did actually bring that.

Gee , with what some are asking I should put mine on the market , as it is the only Venom Red Hardcore ever built and it has over 20K in upgrades --- probably worth 100k, hehe. Well, some do seem high, but others have what is considered high mileage for a Viper and they are less , but one can see overall the ACR has stood pretty tall even with the new Gen V price reduction. Probably a lot due to it's outlandish , wild looks, but also one has to figure a new one will likely run around 130K for many , and an Extreme with just a few mods could be closer to 140. All of a sudden the used ones look attractive to many!!

LOL Noooo not that one. That particular "Nurburgring" model car (1 of 4) sat for years at Tomball virtually unsalable as the color combo just didn't work in most peoples opinion. You could have had it new for 92-95K, I think it was the last known unsold Gen IV ACR left in the country.
I'm calling baloneyyyyyyy on 109K.

ZR1's were close to the same MSRP as the ACR, and now they are around $70K average. I'd pay a little more for an ACR over a ZR1, but thinking $75-80K tops for the ACR. Once they get into the 80s, I'd rather just buy another Gen 5.
Or, maybe I buy a ZR1 for $70K. That would make a great daily beater.

There is a 2010 SSG ACR in Edmonton that a X dealer is trying to sell for $130000.00 CDN. Never been registered. As cool of car it is, I would rather wait for a 16 at that price.

That one is Frank Barbas old ACR IIRC

Is that the one on liking that was stored in a barn/hangar with dirt floor? From the pics doesn't look well stored.

That's the one, I seen the car when it was at the dealership in Ft Mac and he had a Final Edition ACR and a Viper Roadster in the show room. As far as I know he sold The Final Edition but still has the SSG ACR and the Anaconda Green Roadster.

I meant to say Kijiji there on my last post, I'm not sure if your confusing the one in ft mac, but pretty sure it was sold to a old co-worker of mines husband in ft Mac, it was a ssg acr with headers/exhaust, was for sale last year with less than 10k on it in the 80's but never sure if it sold.
Afaik I thought the new one was in the red deer area near you? Can't remember since the posting expired.

Seeing how you've had both a Gen 4 and Gen 5, for 75-80k, would you rather have a Gen 4 ACR or used Gen 5 GTS?

No I seen the one you are referring too. It is hard to beleive that there was 2 SSG ACRs in Ft Mac. The one in the hangar/Barn is a new never registered SSG ACR and he wants $130000.00. Won't budge off that price either. This Guy that owns this one use to own the dealership in Ft Mac.

Its true, i have seen it in person, hard to believe 2 in ft mac, but in the land of money anything is possible haha.
