Questions?
I have a new set of cat backs for 2009 ACR. Just haven't taken side sill off to start project. As I looked at the instructions the 1st page said removal for 2008 only?
Simple removal process it would seem. However for later years the instructions shows removal including the crossover pipe. Does that mean a new crossover was added for 2009. but none was on the 2008? If it was never installed on 2008s what benefit did dodge deem would be achieved by the crossover addition in 2009???
The new Corsa does not have a crossover. What do I gain or lose by eliminating this?
Instruction also shows removal of crossover heat shield. It never addresses if it need to be replaced or eliminated?
Instructions also show they recommend the inlet pipe of muffler be welded to converter. Sounds reasonable but nessessary??
