I did a search and found 20 and 25 ft lbs of torque for the drain plug. I am getting ready to go put about 75 miles on it to get to the 500 mark and I am going to change it. Any confirmation on 20 or 25 would be appreciated.

The 2014 Service Manual CD lists oil pan drain plug torque as 20 ft. lbs. or 27 N-m.

I used 20 for both my changes.

Anybody change the rubber washer on the drain plug?

You shouldn't have to - just inspect it for any tears or gouges, and reuse if it looks fine. FWIW, I never actually use a torque wrench to tighten down the oil drain plug on my own vehicles. Snug has always worked for me.

I did 20 ft lbs and checked it on the lift before and after a test drive. No leaks. Very easy to change oil and filter.

These cars are incredibly easy to work on.
