Our 2014 Gen V GTS with Aero package came with a car cover and we will never use it.
We have never opened the bock to look at it.
I will sell it $500 shipped. This was a $500 option according to the window sticker.

Does it come with the Viper carrying bag or just the cover?

It should have the carry bag. I have never opened the box; so it is exactly how the factory placed in the back of the Viper.
