Well, as of right now, it's 4pm on a Friday eastern time. Your post shows one hour ago, which would have been 3, eastern time, on a Friday. A lot of offices close early on Friday. I don't know if they do specifically, but just that a bunch of them do. My water company here is private (cause I live in the county) and they close at noon on Friday. I would bet you hear back from them by Monday.
