At first I was wondering if that was my old car, until I saw the GTS hood on it. Mine (white SRT w/ aero) apparently also ended up in the middle east, possibly Dubai.

Would have been hilarious to see my old car as a cop car :)

Haha it's a bit of both. A lot of car dealerships here are owned by big families. They give these cars to Dubai police for a year or so. You see them out in the weekends in fancy/touristy spots. There's a whole fleet of exotics with Dubai Police.
