Dash Panel Removal Help

Can someone who knows share the steps to remove the interior panel in front of the driver's seat on a Gen 4? (It's the one below the steering wheel where the pedal adjustment switch is by your knees). Thanks!

Here's the pictures and description from the service manual

It's been some time since I pulled mine off, was thinking that there is a screw that hidden under the center stack, but the manual doesn't reference this. Good luck, Mike

SA, that's from the '06 hard copy manual, I bought when I had an '06 coupe. So much of the G3 is the same as the G4, it's worth buying one for reference.
