I've followed this service manager to his new dealership from his old (Koons) - top notch. I highly recommend.

Viper Tech: Rich
All around top notch service. No one moves the car besides the Viper Tech or Chris. Keys stay locked in his office.
When I had my 2013 he took care of it and has done a fantastic job with the 2015.
