It might be because SRT forgot to install foam. I took my car to the dealership yesterday for a squeaking/weird noise coming from the driver side door panel. It sounded like one of the plastic push pins was not grabbing; resulting in this very annoying sound whenever I was playing music with any real volume, or when traveling over rough roads. You could push on the panel and it would move fairly easily while also making the squeak.
According to the Viper tech, those plastic pins are supposed to have foam around them. Mine did not, so he cut some and reinstalled. No more noise.

Mine does this, hopefully this is the issue - easy fix!

I just got a passenger side window noise when the window is closing up. Might be some dust trapped or missalignment somewhere :( will try washing it and blowing the whole panel once the dusty weather settles around here.

If you know the noise exists, don't bother driving around with anyone from the dealership so they can hear it. Just have them go ahead and remove the panel.

Mine is doing the same thing.looks like the bottom if the door panel is away from the door.

Should be snug, the attachment posts may need to be pushed in a bit

Did you notice any foam at the insertion points? I can't tell from the picture.
