GEN V A/C vent removal

I am about to paint my A/C vent body color but remember seeing a post on how to removal the A/C vents and now I can't find it, if anyone as a link please let me know. I just don't want to brake it lol! Here is Pdv25 post on the painted vents. Thanks in advance.
