Registration Deadline is May 21, 2015. The event is limited to 30 people due to tour sizes and time constraints.

$106/Couple

The costs covers all distillery tours, tickets to Churchill Downs and parking.

Well we have had about a dozen more people sign up in the last couple weeks so we're at capacity at the moment. The tours are done differently than when we did this event in 2011 so that is directly limiting the capacity. If you have any questions please let me know.

For those attending the event, I'm putting together a pdf file with lots of info for the event (Friday optional details, times to be places, addresses, maps, etc). It will be emailed out to everyone (hopefully) later today once I have it finished. Let me know if there are any questions!

Dress code for Churchill Downs?

Due to work scheduling, I probably cannot make it down there in the morning, will have to depart Cbus around 12:30pm.

Recommended dress code for Churchill Downs is business casual.

There will be a group leaving Columbus (Dublin) at 10am. Details will be in the email. 12:30pm is still fine. You'll be in town in plenty of time for the welcome dinner at 8pm.
