I may be taking all wheel drive too seriously. We have cars and coffee year round-- even today in 25 degrees.

Nice! We have our C&C year round as well, 52 Saturdays a year. Although when the roads and weather are bad, we just drive our DDs, and sit INSIDE Starbucks.
So.....impressions? I know because of the cold you can't really open it up, but inquiring minds want to know!

It is big which is good and bad. The V12 is amazing and the car has tons of torque. It plants and handles wonderfully. I probably had a greater sense of speed in my 650 S, likely due to it being smaller.
The interior is laid out well. It does not feel like it shifts as fast as the 458 which has a dual clutch.
With 150 miles on it my opinions are limited. Fairly radical design.

I have seen a couple in person, and I too was surprised at how big (for a sports car) they were in person. I've seen the Aventador and Huracan side by side, and I preferred the Huracan due to its size.
That V12 - a torque monster like our Vipers. A might impressive car sir, and you are indeed livin' the dream!

Is there a lot of salt on y'alls roads? That's the only thing that would keep me from driving really... I lived in CT for 4 years, and they'd salt the roads if a cloud appeared in the sky, ended up eating my fenders in my daily driver within 2 years!
Oh yeah, sick car, I'm seething with jealousy, hate you, hate the air you breath, etc, etc... :p

Not too much salt. We are never really prepared for snow here , so it tends to melt quicker than it gets attention. About 80% of the car has X Pel on it which helps.
As far as " living the dream" I really don't feel any differently in lambos, F Cars or Macs than I do in Vipers-- we are all lucky to have any of these cars. I grew up driving Pintos and whatever 10 year old car was in the driveway.
My kids drive Hondas and could care less about any of the sports cars. They think dad is a total "car geek."

Whatever Dad is into is inherently uncool, right? I bet all their friends think they have the coolest Dad ever.
Definitely a good looking car. If you get a chance, no rush though, could you post some more photos of the interior? I think it's good to see "real" photos of the car instead of press photos. I think it can give you an idea of what the car looks like to people who are getting in and out of it on a regular basis.
I bet the AWD is nice when dealing the the snow. At least, better than not having it. Still a lot of power though and tires not made for it which could add up to a wild ride.
Did you get rid of your 650s?
And I agree we are all lucky to have any of these cars at all and it's good to remember that. Thanks for pointing that out.

You have more than 150 miles on it now for sure. What's the updated assessment? I'm watching 2012 models fall into the low 300 range. Still too rich for my blood, but getting closer.
