SRT viper license plate holder

I have an order for a 2014 GTS viper, and would like to have European-type license plates on it. I talked to my dealer, and he told me that, for the time being, there isn't a bracket to place a license plate in the front (it is mandated by law to have a front license plate, and I don't want to drill any part of the car)

Can anyone help me figure out how to attach a front license plate ? ... Can I use adhesive ???
