Membership renewal?

So I purchased a 1 year Mamba membership in October or November of last year and now I get a renewal notice in January? Can someone explain how 3 months=1 year?

Are you sure the renewal notice was from the VOA?

Sometimes your individual region will send out renewal a renewal notice and they may just send that to everyone even if they have renewed. I don't think national VOA has sent a renewal notice in quite a while.

Well that's a good question. It could have been from VCA but either way my membership started on Sept 16th and expired on Dec 31st. Not sure why I paid for a year if I only get 3 months.

If you signed up in September You should have been good through Dec 31, 2015.

Well we don't take membership inquiries lightly. We'd like to think this sets us apart. Anyway, I'm sure Randall, who is our national membership director, will take care of the matter.

Along same lines, I renewed last year but received nothing since. Money taken out of credit card, but nothing since.
