Frank was a great friend, he loved his Viper, but he loved so much more about life and family. being thankful I had the honor of being called his friend and spending time with him talking about "life". Sitting here at work not even knowing what to think except sorrow for his family.

Frank was really looking forward to 2014, and tracking his Viper even more. We had talked about the new Club last week and he was stoked to find we all were going to have a better outlet to get together and just hang out. Mark and I had a great friendship with Frank and his humor and joy in life was so infectious, that it was hard not to enjoy being around him. He thrived on being just a bit wacky , as he knew he could always get folks up and laughing. Frank's family will stay in our thoughts and I think our new Region needs to consider a memorial for Frank at this year's Viper Rendezvous. He enjoyed his time at the track and he and I were already talking about doing some NASA Time Trials together prior to the June Event. It is going to be alot sadder not seeing his smiling face at parties, events, etc. , but as Bruce has mentioned, Frank will be remembered , since once met he was hard to forget.

Hammer down in Heaven my friend!

Frank always had an upbeat spirit, always with a smile, and a joker. He was always fun to hang around with. I am glad to have met him and got to go to some events with him, like VOI.

Frank loved his SSG Viper and will be forever missed.

This is such a sad time for our club...Frank was a very special person and always made you laugh and feel good. Will remember the fun we all had at the VOI in Salt Lake City and my sore cheeks from laughing so much because of his great storytelling. He even made it an event, watching our Vipers being loaded on the Transport to Utah. So glad I had the pleasure to know such a great guy. My thoughts and prays are with Sandie and the rest of his family.

The Remembrance Ceremony had an incredible turnout with a lot of his long time friends speaking and telling great stories of his adventures and his love of life. He never slowed down for a moment and was an extremely successful business owner. We had a great turnout from the club too supporting his family.

It was also very cool that his family had his Viper parked out front today, even though it was 20 degrees and super windy outside.

Have fun in heaven Frank!

Thanks VOA for changing Franks member number to his Birthday #1223. I know his wife Sandie is very gracious of what the Regional and National Associations have done for her husband.

Browsing through some old photos and found this pic from a Viper Rendezvous in Hastings. Frank is in the red T-shirt and I believe that's his SSG vert.
