I found out who it was...some guys called the DVLA.

They're quite a big gang in the UK...they even have the police on their pay roll! haha

I had mine out the first day of March, roads were dry and had been washed of salt. This weekend was nice and the roads here were dry but white! Car stayed tucked away!

Love the blue and white stripes. I just got back from the UK last week. It was cold and raining about every day I was there. Good to be back in warm and sunny Florida.
