I took a quick look this morning and I can't tell how they are connected. Any tips on removal before I attempt this? I am swapping for Carbon fiber....

if you open the door, there is the trim between the interior carpet and the door. simply pop the trim up and the carpet will pull back. from there you can access it - there is a bolt (or two i can't recall) holding them in place.
when you put the carbon fiber pieces in, don't over tighten you'll dimple and crack.
I don't know the details, as it's frozen over here & I haven't gotten the car on the lift to check it out, but when Tom Sessions put my rear brake ducts on he changed the mounting of them from stock to make it easier to remove for future work, wish I could add more than that, but when you're there you may want to think about it.

Hmmm..not sure what that could've been. Takes less than 2 minutes to remove. only 2 nuts to remove. Very easy to get to.

Dman is speaking of the "nozzles" at the ends of the ducts for directing air to the rear calipers and rotors. Every 2013 Viper that I have seen were missing said "nozzles". They ARE in place on 2014 Vipers. I have "heard" that these "nozzles" do not appear on the 2015 Vipers...but, I have not seen one myself.

If if you are referring to the 2013 missing "nozzles", they are OEM parts...cost about $50-60.00 for the pair. I posted the part numbers in another thread some time ago.

Yep. Seems I was referring to the other end of the OPs question, lol, sorry. I had the lower nozzles put on while Rom was doing other tweaks.
Good question about the quarter panel pieces removal, hmmm

If you want them to match any other CF parts from the factory then they have to be the factory parts $1700 a pair.
