I know people like to rant about their awful experiences more than tell of the good ones so I just figured I'd report on the awesome experience I had with a small warranty issue that could have easily been denied.
I noticed a very small tear in the leather on my TA near the entry and exit point on the seat bolster about 2mm in size. I have no idea how it got there, but it didn't look like a scratch more like a separation....It could have been from anything really. I figured I'd give it a try through warranty and see what they say. Sure enough, pics sent to Chrysler and Chrysler approves in 2 days. New seat cover on order.
