Had the car 95 rt 10 on the lift and noticed some bubbling on both covers,should know by now what bubbling means (leave well alone). It looks like the ally has reacted with the metal heat shield inside, and where its screwed to the actual cill, anyhow have been cutting out and replacing with new ally using some ally brazing rods i had left from a kit i built a few years ago seems to be doing the trick.
