I forgot to ask about the T/A 2.0, very sorry. I'll find out from one of the other members.

Stryker Orange was beautiful.

I ended up coming home, I wasn't feeling well today. The rest went to the Detroit Auto Show after the plant tour. Hopefully some will post pictures from the auto show.

I have a few more pics to post a little later. Have to go get some dinner. Hope all have enjoyed so far.

It's the Viper that took first place overall in the One Lap of America in 2000, 2001, and 2002.

Just gorgeous...My favorite G5 street car so far. Nice to see those GTSR monsters. Would love to see them back back on the track in GTLM.

Randall-the Stryker Orange seems to have a sweet RED undertone to it!! Do you think the factory lighting is indicative of how it will look in the "real" world?! Looks AMAZING in your pics!!

That should be blue TA2.0 surely. 1 of 32. Why else would that dash have that emblem?

No idea on the Stryker Purple.

ALSO, they had new construction going on in the Viper plant. They are putting in a simulated road testing track/machine of some sorts so all the Vipers can be tested for squeaks, rattles, etc. They have one at the Jeep plant and run some of the Vipers over there to test (but only in the late spring/summer). Now once complete, every Viper will go through the simulation before it leaves CAAP. So they are investing in CAAP. That's a good sign. :)

What the heck, so my Viper on order won't have the squeak and rattle test? Order cancelled...

I'm sure they can drive it through the snow and salt to the Mack Rd. Jeep plant and test it on that one. :)

I think Stryker Purple is on hold since it had a color change during development and it now does not appear on the order form via the Dodge website. THe added feature at CAAP is great news for Viper though.

They have a set a red side winders incase a wheel on a car gets damaged they can put a red wheel on it till the other wheel gets fixed or get another. This way the car can still stay on the production line. It's red so they don't forget to change the wheel back and it doesn't get shipped with the wrong wheel

I don't think the pics from the tour do Stryker Red any justice, so perhaps you'll like it better once it's in the sun... and full assembly might help lol.
