I heard VPA was having the same issue. Just checked it out and it's down too.
I assume it's just some kind of maintenance or update, but the timing is pretty damn funny!
VOA registration gets shut down by the CC processing company because it's doing TOO MUCH business, and then the VCA and VPA sites go "poof" shortly thereafter. HAHAHAAAAA!
