A local dealer has offered a low VIN Launch Edition. It is loaded with GTS laguna package... Total price is listed as $140,490

Is that price in there for '13's right now or can they do better? This is a today spur of the moment thing, so any help would be appreciated

Some of those $ off ads were bogus, they were discounted off of the marked up pricing.

I think you'd be able to get $15k off a LE at this point, IMHO.

I have the SRT with leather seats, in black. I am not a fan of the Sepia interior personally.

Give it till near the end of the year and you will get that same car $30-35k off sticker.

I've never seen a car that far off at the end of the year or any time... I doubt they have that much profit in a car...

I agree with this, buy it where/when you feel your getting a good deal. Wasn't there some incentives out there? If not, get creative, they don't want people to walk this time of year and lose a sale.

Perhaps with a few thousand miles on it. I think $15k is as good as you'll see for the mean time.

That's a great deal, $15K off. I've seen $13K off, and I looked around pretty carefully but $15K is the best I've seen. The dealer is probably losing money at that price.

Wow, pick your favorite flavor when you see the cars in person. I like 'em both!

Keep us posted.

This will give you an idea of the type of deal you can make...http://driveviper.com/forums/threads/120-Gen-V-Pricing!! Good luck in your search! The G5 cars are terrific....I paid full price for mine----but I've put 7200 miles on it since it was delivered May 30th, and enjoyed every one of them!

Vipergirl, that would be great for you to be a Viper owner!

I would also see what Woodhouse or Roanoke have to offer:) Just a thought.

Well there are a few around offered at around $13K under MSRP. You can ship for a reasonable price. I seem to remember there's a SoCal dealer that had discounting in that area. But I also understand that not all dealers would consider making zero profit, so it's up to the specific dealer.

Look around your area and check on Autotrader, some good deals to be found. At least there were a while ago when I was looking. In any case, good luck.

Yeah, if you have a good idea what you want, you can easily get $13+k off of a GTS. Just a minor bit of legwork will get it. Hard to believe a dealer wouldn't jump to get it off their floorplan, seeing as they have been sitting on a LE since April

Have you tried Bernie @ Viper Exchange. He has a pretty good grasp on selling Viper's :). He might be willing to work with ya on a 2013.

Viper girl, what dealer were you looking at?

Another SD member was looking at a LE for the same price I believe. The dealer wasn't willing to work with him on the price.

What's the average invoice on a GTS? 120k? What's the average dealer cash back from the manufacturer? 2-4k?
