Price reduced to 40500 with 500 credit for window regulators if the car is bought as is. Net cost as Is 40000. If I repair it the cost is 40500

Don't go lower. There's a buyer out there for you, you just have to wait for it. This is a bad time of year to try and sell a car like that. Spring and summer is far better. That car is worth 40 at least.
