Looked at a Z06 with great options. Exposed carbon fiber targa, 3LZ interior, 7 speed manual, yellow with carbon fiber interior. A lot of car for 92k. Had 5 miles. But that heat soak and engine failures. Yikes. Had clear tail light s which were an improvement but still not sold on rear. Hate that cheap plastic crap too. Flash painted carbon my ass. Clutch Felt light and nice dash panel. Sport mode opened the valves on exhaust nicely. Still a lot of car for the buck.

Wow. I thought the vette guys had loyalty. Rats from a sinking ship I guess. I thought the thing was ugly from the get go but now with it getting it's ass handed to it left and right, seems like people can't out enough distance between them and it. Engineers must be pulling all nighters.

Maybe they could increase the boost. Get more HP. Heat soak after 2 laps, but at least it will take the C6 in the first roll race. 2 through 7 will be ugly though. : )

Kerbeck has 6 or so unsold Z06 sitting on their lot already from $85-105k, all for MSRP. I have a feeling they may see the same fate as the Viper. Who wants to drop $100k on a car that they didn't spec?

I'd venture to guess that Chevy comes out with rebates come spring for unsold Z06s
